How long does the assessment take?
Typically 20-30 minutes — sometimes less, sometimes more. It's adaptive: it keeps asking questions until it has enough data to place your DiSC® style accurately. You can pause and resume by logging back into your account. Take it at a time and place where you can focus and give your most honest responses — your profile reflects what you tell it, and you want it to reflect you.
When do I get access to my profile?
Immediately after you complete the assessment. Your Workplace® profile (and any add-on profiles you selected) download right away inside your Catalyst™ dashboard. No waiting.
When is the workshop with Frank?
You'll receive a separate workshop registration invitation after you complete your assessment. We're scheduling these so you can fully engage and participate — not while you're driving home or at your child's kindergarten 🙂. We're building a community of founders, and we want you all engaged with each other. As founders join the course, we'll sort the schedule together to fit the cohort.
Can I add more profiles later?
Yes. Once you have a Catalyst™ account, you can add Agile EQ™, Management, or other Everything DiSC® profiles at any time.
What's the difference between Workplace® and Agile EQ™?
